Bozena Kalugas works of art are created on a base of an extremely original cooperation between knitting and collage. It rises from operating with tread and colour, which are used in different configurations and proportions. That is the way how compositions, resembling architectonic constructions and details are created. They look like human figures, windows and stained-glass windows, even abstract symbols of themes, which are used by the author.

They are also a form of human feelings and emotions. She considers time, vanishing of illusions, hanker after breaking through decline and monotony. Some of the works have a strong lyrical, even personal character. Using silver colour in fibre art she is coming in to dimension of a sculpture.

Painting is another dimension of 3D form. Artist is using etching technique. She said my art is for my self a provocation.
